US Oral Surgery Management The Senior Director of Field Marketing & Patient Growth builds and executes scalable marketing strategies that drive practice growth through referral marketing and targeted local campaigns. This role operationalizes marketing systems, data, and field resources to improve visibility, accountability, and results across markets. Principal Responsibilities
Lead the rollout, adoption, and optimization of the enterprise CRM platform across all markets. Partner with IT, Operations, and field marketers to ensure system scalability, data integrity, and user adoption. Develop training materials and workflows that enable field marketers and clinic coordinators to use the CRM. Set specific referral growth and activity benchmarks (e.g., number of high-value referral touches, conversion rate increases, event ROI). Report monthly progress against KPIs and hold practices accountable to achieving defined activity and performance goals. Partner with Operations, Referral Business Partners, Surgeons, and Field Marketing Managers to target high-value referral sources and evaluate outreach effectiveness. Establish accountability frameworks that hold Field Marketing Managers and practices responsible for meeting defined outreach, referral, and growth goals. Practice-Level Marketing
Guide the development and execution of the Practice Marketing Strategy, initiatives and tactics in collaboration with the Referral Marketing Representative (where available), Practice Leader and ROD. Enroll and train Partner Practices on available and appropriate PSC managed programs, tools and resources to ensure optimal efforts. Identify, vet and oversee traditional marketing initiatives (such as print, radio, outdoor, direct mail, and community sponsorships), ensuring that spend is efficient, brand-aligned, and performance-driven. Ensure digital and traditional efforts complement referral marketing efforts to create fully integrated, data-informed local marketing strategies. Partner with the Marketing Programs and Operations team to track managed campaign performance, optimize targeting, and report results to key stakeholder at the Practice. Indirectly manage the designated Practice Referral Marketing Representative(s) to help to ensure their effective marketing efforts, contribution and results. Provide Marketing Program & Operations team with critical insights, feedback and existing marketing program, tool and resource effectiveness, enhancements and needs in support of Practice growth goals. Serve as primary marketing POC for Partner Practice inquiries, escalations and resolutions, serving as the "face" of PSC Marketing to Partner Practices, representing the intended and realized value of the overall PSC Marketing Program. Strategic Leadership & Field Marketing Oversight
Lead a team of Field Marketing Managers responsible for executing local and regional growth strategies. Allocate marketing budgets strategically across regions to maximize efficiency and impact. Review analytics to guide activities and deploy resources based on performance and opportunity; track, optimize, and report-out with regularity. Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in field marketing roles; Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Marketing Programs and Operations, Regional Operators, and others, to ensure campaigns and messaging align with budget and growth targets. Serve as the key liaison between field marketing teams and senior leadership, ensuring alignment on priorities, goals, and outcomes. Contribute to marketing leadership initiatives such as annual planning, budget management, and enterprise KPI tracking. Minimum Qualifications
Strong leadership and team management skills. Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to think strategically and drive accountability. Strong financial acumen and experience with performance metrics. Previous Experience/Education
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field; Master’s degree in related field preferred. 8 years of experience in health care marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. CRM and marketing technology implementation. Proven ability to interpret data, create dashboards, and apply insights to guide marketing and referral strategies. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, CRM and CMS systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and marketing analytics tools. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
