existed for student housing — that’s us. Find My Place helps students find, buy, sell, and rate apartments they actually love. We’re headquartered in Provo, Utah, and are already the official housing partner for multiple universities and expanding quickly across the U.S.
Our product, sales, and design systems are humming, and now we’re ready to scale our marketing engine. We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Lead who will take full ownership of driving student traffic across every market we touch.

What You'll Do Drive traffic. Everywhere. Every day.
This role is equal parts strategy, execution, and experimentation. You’ll own the growth engine that fuels Find My Place, all while having full autonomy to test, learn, and scale what works.
Build and execute integrated traffic campaigns across digital and grassroots channels
Manage paid marketing: Google Ads, Meta Ads, and retargeting campaigns
Oversee organic growth: SEO, social media, on-campus ambassadors, and student email campaigns
Develop localized strategies for each university market
Experiment with new traffic channels: events, partnerships, collaborations, etc.
Lead and grow small marketing teams (ambassadors, social media, contractors)
Collaborate daily with founders and design to plan, build, and optimize campaigns
Analytics + Reporting
Own and manage a Market Health Tracker to track traffic and engagement by market
Monitor performance across GA4, Google Ads Manager, and Meta dashboards
Present insights weekly with recommendations for where to double down or pivot
Track KPIs: traffic growth, CTR, CPC, engagement, and lead quality
Execution + Creativity
Write short-form copy and ad content in Find My Place’s brand voice
Design quick visuals in Canva when needed
Get hands-on with occasional campus efforts: flyers, events, giveaways, and outreach
Constantly test new ideas, measure results, and optimize
Who You Are
Strong Analytical Skills and Growth Hacking expertise to identify opportunities and optimize growth strategies. Google Ads and GA4 experience a plus
Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external partners, and are comfortable in front of a camera or at an event booth
Experience in Sales and Project Management to successfully manage campaigns, timelines, and team coordination
Creative thinker who loves to build from scratch and move fast
Proven problem-solving skills and an innovative mindset
A team player who thrives in collaboration but isn’t afraid to take initiative
Organized, driven, and eager to learn directly alongside a mission-focused team
Excited by student life, community-building, and housing culture
Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment in Provo, UT, with some travel as needed
1-4 years of previous experience in marketing, growth strategy, or related fields
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred

Month-over-month traffic growth across all active markets
Lower CPC and higher CTR across ad campaigns
Clear, repeatable playbooks for traffic growth by market
Engaged student communities both online and on campus
Founders and team relying on you as the traffic expert
Compensation & Employment
Full-time
Pay:
$48,000/year
+
performance bonuses
tied to measurable traffic growth
Typical hours: 9 AM – 5 PM, with flexibility for events and meetings
This is a high-ownership, high-growth role with mentorship from the founders and access to external marketing mentors. As we scale, this position can evolve into Marketing Director or Head of Growth, overseeing larger budgets, teams, and markets.
