Job Summary The Learning Experience Designer supports the development of training assets by creating visually appealing, instructionally sound, and user‑friendly materials across print and digital platforms. The role focuses on clean, flat design across editorial layouts, presentation decks, and static visual storytelling, while supporting motion paths and keyframing where appropriate. The ideal candidate has a solid foundation in visual design principles and can build structured learning content that supports core training objectives.

Responsibilities

Produce editorial PDFs, multi‑page documents, and training collateral using flat design principles.

Create digital artwork, signage, and simple visual elements for learning experiences.

Apply graphic standards to produce learning products that users love and feel confident using.

Storyboard basic instructional flows and collaborate with team members on design drafts.

Perform photo editing and visual asset management using Adobe Creative Suite.

Support the build and deployment of eLearning using Articulate Rise or Storyline.

Interpret wireframes, models, and guides to contribute to iterative prototyping.

Ensure deliverables meet brand and accessibility standards.

Travel requirements estimated at 10% and may include international travel.

Qualifications

Education:

Bachelor’s in Graphic Design, Instructional Design, Education Technology, or related field.

Tools & Software:

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Articulate Rise / Storyline, basic familiarity with LMS tools and accessibility standards.

Skills & Traits:

Strong attention to visual detail and layout consistency; comfort with flat/static design formats; excellent time management across multiple design needs; effective communication in collaborative design teams.

Creative Execution – produce clear, user‑friendly visual materials; Time Management – meet project deadlines; Team Collaboration – build a community of training development with stakeholders; Learning Support – design content with instructional intent.
