Duties And Responsibilities/Essential Functions
Develop interactive, multi‑dimensional content including motion graphics, animations, and dynamic user interfaces.
Apply advanced storyboarding and prototyping to visualize learner experiences.
Utilize tools such as Rive, Spline, and Figma to design animated, immersive learning journeys.
Lead the build and deployment of eLearning using Articulate Rise or Storyline.
Explore new methods and design solutions according to emerging techniques.
Execute independent work on complex projects with minimal oversight.
Collaborate with developers and instructional strategists to align on user needs and technical feasibility.
Use JavaScript (or similar) for lightweight interactivity in learning applications.
Advocate for design standards, accessibility, and innovation in training experiences.
Travel requirements estimated at 10%, including international travel.

Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, UX, Instructional Design, or equivalent.
4‑7 years of experience in instructional design.
Two years of experience in graphic layout for print and screen.
Two years of experience with motion graphics and interactive logic.
Two years of experience with web‑style design tooling.
Tools & Software
Adobe Creative Suite (with specific experience in motion tools)
Figma
E‑Learning tools such as Articulate 360 Storyline, Camtasia, etc.
Web‑styled interaction tools (Rive, Spline, etc.)
JavaScript (preferred)
Video/audio editing tools
Skills & Traits
Strong conceptual thinking with the ability to translate ideas into compelling, thought‑provoking visuals.
Ability to balance creativity and learning objectives.
Skilled in animation, motion graphics, and interactivity.
Experience in team‑based design processes with review streams and critique.
