About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and help bring our campaigns, events, and brand initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a creative eye. You’ll work across social media, graphic design, and promotional logistics — helping ensure our brand stays consistent, our events shine, and our materials make a lasting impression.

This is a

hybrid position

based in the

Los Angeles area , with

one in-office day per week .

Key Responsibilities

Support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, events, and daily marketing operations.

Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.

Assist with graphic design projects using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint to produce flyers, digital assets, and presentations.

Coordinate swag and merchandise orders — from sourcing and proofing designs to managing shipping logistics and event inventory.

Collaborate with vendors, printers, and internal departments to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget.

Help maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and digital asset libraries.

Provide general administrative and creative support to the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, design, or related roles.

Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint.

Experience with social media management and content creation.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing timelines and inventory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with HubSpot, email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact), or CRM tools is a plus.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
