About the Role

We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Manager and help bring our campaigns, events, and brand initiatives to life. This role is ideal for someone who’s detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a creative eye. You’ll work across social media, graphic design, and promotional logistics — helping ensure our brand stays consistent, our events shine, and our materials make a lasting impression.

This is a hybrid position based in the Los Angeles area, with one in-office day per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Marketing Manager in executing campaigns, events, and daily marketing operations.
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand awareness and community engagement.
  • Assist with graphic design projects using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and PowerPoint to produce flyers, digital assets, and presentations.
  • Coordinate swag and merchandise orders — from sourcing and proofing designs to managing shipping logistics and event inventory.
  • Collaborate with vendors, printers, and internal departments to ensure marketing materials are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Help maintain organized marketing files, calendars, and digital asset libraries.
  • Provide general administrative and creative support to the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, design, or related roles.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with social media management and content creation.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially in managing timelines and inventory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, email marketing platforms (e.g., Constant Contact), or CRM tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, creative environment.
