Paid Creative Strategist / Media Buyer (Part-Time)
As Kiiwi’s Paid Creative Strategist / Media Buyer, you’ll bridge creativity and analytics — managing paid campaigns, testing content, and turning insights into strategy. You’ll work closely with the social and creative team to drive local awareness, community growth, and merchant sign-ups.
What You’ll Do
Develop and execute paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads
Contribute to paid strategy and creative direction aligned with Kiiwi’s brand voice
Build and optimize campaigns, audiences, and placements
Test hooks, thumbnails, and ad formats to identify top-performing creatives
Monitor key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, CPM, conversion rates)
Deliver weekly reports with insights and recommendations
Collaborate with creators and content teams to produce scroll‑stopping ad assets
Stay current on trends, platform updates, and creative best practices
Qualifications
2.5+ years of experience managing paid campaigns on Meta and/or TikTok (Google Ads a plus)
Proven track record improving performance through creative testing
Comfort reporting on and interpreting campaign data
Experience building ads that feel organic, authentic, and platform‑native
Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross‑functionally
A mix of creative intuition and data‑driven precision
Nice to Have
Startup or early‑stage brand experience
Experience working with local businesses or community‑based platforms
Familiarity with UGC and influencer‑led campaigns
