What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas within the Community & State Member Outreach and Touchpoint Engine (MOTE)
Define and report on performance results to ensure quality execution of delivered materials
Track and develop best practices and requirements tailored to each State's unique needs
Promote MOTE process best practices and provide subject matter expertise in project management
Manage multiple projects with varying deadlines, ensuring timely delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
1+ years of experience working in a Project Manager or similar role
Experience working with a project management platform
Basic proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
Proven ability to assess and interpret customer needs and manage multiple projects
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of experience working in a high-volume role
1+ years of experience in a heavily regulated industry
Experience working with Adobe Workfront
Experience with Medicaid
