What You’ll Work On
Produce high‑quality, social‑first content including short‑form video, motion graphics, carousels, and platform‑native formats for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Reddit, Pinterest, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with social strategists, creative directors, designers, and copywriters to brainstorm and execute content ideas aligned with campaigns and brand voice.
Partner with the Social Media Center of Excellence, Media, BI&A, and brand teams to develop and execute always‑on and campaign content strategies that drive engagement and measurable outcomes.
Direct and manage production efforts, both on‑site and remote, ensuring high‑quality, rapid‑turn content that meets brand and platform requirements.
Capture high‑quality video content on location during shoots, ensuring footage aligns with brand storytelling goals and is optimized for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and audience behaviors to inform content creation and keep Lilly’s brands relevant.
Ensure all content meets brand guidelines, accessibility standards (including WCAG, alt text, captions, and localization), and regulatory requirements.
Partner with social listening and strategy teams to review content performance and inform future creative strategies.
Influence the creation and development of owned content strategies for each brand, expanding beyond paid activities to build robust, always‑on social presences.
Manage production workflows, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
Contribute to a culture of creativity, agility, and continuous improvement within the Digital Content Creation team.
Collaborate with the Social Media Center of Excellence to build out content calendars, leverage agile sprints, and stay ahead of trends and cultural moments.
Demonstrate a willingness to pilot and scale AI‑enabled creative tools and workflows, identifying opportunities for innovation and efficiency.
Leverage video content creation tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Firefly, and Express to create content swiftly at scale.
Minimum Experience / Personal Skill Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
8+ years of experience in a creative design role, social content production, digital media, or creative development roles.
Certifications in Adobe Certified Professional and Meta Digital Marketing Associate are required. Equivalent industry‑recognized certifications in Adobe tools, digital content creation, social media management, or related platforms will also be considered.

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is $127,500 – $187,000.
