Associate Director of Entertainment Marketing
Join the Global Brand Activation Team at BioSpace and lead Lilly’s presence across entertainment platforms.
Position Overview Driving brand storytelling and authentic partnerships across film, television, streaming, and cultural events.
Key Responsibilities
Define and elevate Lilly’s brand role within entertainment by leading strategy, development, and execution of entertainment marketing initiatives.
Articulate how cultural storytelling and partnerships reinforce brand equity and business priorities.
Drive a balance between Lilly’s brand and business objectives and authentic talent voice, ensuring all activations reflect credible, human storytelling.
Partner with agency and entertainment consultants to activate new opportunities—talent collaborations, content partnerships, experiential integrations—aligned with marketing priorities.
Consult on creative concepting, production, and distribution of talent or product integrations into entertainment content.
Partner with branded entertainment agency to manage celebrity and talent collaborations and maintain contractual alignment.
Manage entertainment campaign planning, development, and activation deliverables, including key milestones, assets, and budgets.
Serve as day‑to‑day lead for external agency partners and entertainment consultants, building relationships across internal stakeholders.
Manage project budgets and ensure fiscal accountability and compliance with Lilly’s financial and contractual standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
7+ years of experience in marketing, entertainment partnerships, content production, or talent management.
Experience in entertainment marketing (film, television, streaming, or celebrity/talent partnerships).
Prior experience managing agency and entertainment partner relationships.
Strong understanding of cultural marketing, storytelling, and brand strategy.
Strong project management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in regulated industries (pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer) preferred.
Inclusive, collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
Qualified to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.
Compensation $127,500 – $187,000 annually, plus eligible bonus and comprehensive benefits program.
