Base Pay Range $61,100.00/yr – $84,000.00/yr
As a key member of our Advanced Manufacturing team, you’ll develop design concepts, create models from scratch, and coordinate designs to consider existing conditions and other disciplines. You’ll convey structural requirements to the construction team through traditional 2D paper deliverables and/or BIM 3D Revit models. You’ll also have the chance to provide leadership for a small project with a designer team, establishing project standards, procedures, training, and building team morale.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
At least 5 years drafting/design experience in the structural field
At least 1 year of Revit
At least 3 years of AutoCAD design experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years of Revit experience
Experience working on traditional steel and concrete structures
Experience leading a team of designers
Experience with healthcare / institutional / commercial buildings
Experience with Navisworks and Bluebeam
