POSITION OVERVIEW As the Manager of Influencer Marketing, you will play a key role in developing and executing our influencer marketing strategies in alignment with the brand's core values and goals. Your responsibilities will include discovering, engaging, and managing partnerships with influencers and content creators in the luxury travel and lifestyle space. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to launch influencer campaigns that increase brand awareness, boost engagement, and build loyalty among our audience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:

Develop and implement a comprehensive influencer marketing strategy that aligns with the brand’s overall marketing goals and objectives

Stay current on influencer trends, emerging platforms, and evolving social media landscapes to keep the brand innovative and competitive

Identify, vet, and onboard influencers whose audiences and values align with the brand

Create engaging influencer campaigns that effectively showcase the property—particularly highlighting unique experiences, lifestyle, and nightlife

Manage influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, deliverables, and post‑campaign follow‑ups

Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and brand advocates to foster long‑term partnerships

Collaborate with the creative studio and cross‑functional teams to develop cohesive, on‑brand content across influencer and social media channels

Work in collaboration with the social team on the content calendar to ensure timely posting, campaign alignment, and consistent brand messaging

Provide creative direction and content guidelines to influencers to ensure brand compliance and storytelling consistency

Monitor social and influencer channels for trends, brand mentions, and partnership opportunities

Use analytics tools to track and measure the performance and ROI of influencer campaigns, optimizing based on data and insights

Deliver regular performance reports and recommendations for improving future campaigns

Coordinate with external agencies, PR, and contractor teams to streamline influencer efforts across all marketing initiatives

Develop partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and align with brand values

Manage influencer budgets, comps, gifting, and activations to ensure efficient use of resources

Support the planning and execution of influencer events, stays, and experiences to generate authentic and engaging content

Additional duties and responsibilities may be added or modified as needed to support evolving marketing priorities

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

In‑depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box

Experience with social media analytics tools

Photography skills are a plus

Excellent multitasking and project management skills

Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule to include nights, holidays, and weekends

Work in a fast‑paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment with high call volume

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS Member must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state, and local regulations.

LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents in English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in English may also be required.

REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

SALARY $72000 per year - $82000 per year
