Job Description Summary The Senior Package Designer is responsible for leading the creative and technical development of product packaging across multiple categories and e‑commerce platforms. Essential Functions Lead Execution of Packaging Design Across SKUs: Drive the creative development of primary and secondary packaging by applying advanced understanding of typography, layout systems, and material finishes. Ensure each SKU reflects consistent brand identity and meets retailer‑specific guidelines. – 35% Production‑Ready File Development: Prepare high‑fidelity mockups and print‑ready artwork with minimal supervision. Oversee die lines, color management, and prepress processes to ensure vendor compliance and flawless execution. – 20% Packaging System & Template Maintenance: Maintain and refine packaging templates, material standards, and brand visual systems. Proactively identify areas to enhance consistency and efficiency across packaging formats and global markets. – 15% Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Development, Sourcing, Marketing, and Sales to ensure packaging aligns with product strategy, launch timelines, and cost requirements. Coordinate with vendors to manage file delivery and technical accuracy. – 15% Required for All Jobs Performs other duties as assigned. Complies with all policies and standards.
