As an RF Test Engineer , you’ll play a key role in developing, optimizing, and automating RF test solutions that bridge engineering and manufacturing teams. Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus and RSUs What You’ll Do Design and develop RF test architectures, fixtures, and benches Collaborate with engineers and technicians to refine and standardize test processes Develop automated test solutions using NI LabVIEW Perform data analysis, documentation, and qualification testing (DVT/QA) Support integration testing, equipment maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For BSEE or BSEET and 5+ years of hands‑on experience in an RF test or manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of RF test equipment (network analyzers, signal generators, spectrum analyzers) Experience with RF measurements (gain, bandwidth, IL, RL, selectivity, etc.) Familiarity with LabVIEW , Lean Six Sigma , and military/aviation standards (MIL-STD-461, DO-160) preferred Must be a U.S. Person (citizen or permanent resident) Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Defense and Space Manufacturing Aviation and Aerospace Component Manufacturing Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance 401(k) Pension plan #J-18808-Ljbffr
