Base pay range

$65,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

About the Role

RF Test Engineer opportunity will be in a Lab environment testing a Proof of Concept buildout to be used in UAV/Drone technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Test and evaluate Software Defined Radios (SDRs), including large platforms (Ettus, NI, etc.) and small modules (RTL-SDR, LimeSDR, HackRF, etc.).
• Conduct RF and GPS-denied testing for DoD, DoT, or similar projects.
• Operate SDR consoles as spectrum analyzers to capture, analyze, and interpret RF data.
• Utilize oscilloscopes and RF test equipment for measurement, troubleshooting, and verification.
• Support RF signal processing and integration with IoT applications.
• Lead or assist with lab setup, configuration, and test execution.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SDR platforms, RF test equipment, and spectrum analysis tools.
• Understanding of RF fundamentals, signal processing, and data analysis.
• Background supporting RF/GPS-denied environments is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in a technical lab setting.
