Tax Credit Community Manager - Chapel Ridge of Jackson and Magnolia Landing | Jackson, TN
Brookside is seeking an experienced Tax Credit Community Manager to lead our teams at Chapel Ridge of Jackson and Magnolia Landing . This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established company that offers stability, growth, and a supportive work environment.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Tax Credit (LIHTC) property management experience (required)
Strong knowledge of compliance, leasing, marketing, and collections
Leadership ability to manage and motivate office and maintenance staff
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with Entrata (preferred)
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure full compliance with LIHTC/TAX Credit regulations and reporting
Oversee property operations, financial performance, and occupancy goals
Monitor and manage delinquency, budgets, and expenses
Conduct property inspections and ensure housing/safety compliance
Lead hiring, training, and development of staff
Provide outstanding resident service and satisfaction
