Salary Range: $68,000 - $75,000
GENERAL SUMMARY
The position of Architectural Designer I performs routine architectural assignments under the direction of the Project Captain, Project leader, or Project Manager.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.

- Support staff with presentations, schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
- Correct and update drawings and assist project teams and other staff members as required.
- Perform elementary architectural assignments.
- Prepare architectural plans/renderings.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong and versatile building design and presentation skills.
- Proficient in current versions of Revit, and AutoCAD.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture.
- Recent graduate to 3 years of experience.
