Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher II—Remote Digital User Experience (UX) Researcher II – Remote, 12‑month contract, pay $48.00–$51.00 per hour. Must work CST or EST hours. Responsibilities Lead usability studies across mobile banking, online banking, and application processes. Design, set up, and manage usability tests through UserTesting.com. Recruit participants, create task scenarios, and facilitate test sessions. Analyze and synthesize findings to identify friction points and recommend improvements. Collaborate closely with product, design, and digital teams to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with accessibility specialists when accessibility or inclusion‑related issues are uncovered. Deliver clear, evidence‑based reports and insights to stakeholders, ensuring recommendations are actionable and user‑centered. Required Skills Proven experience running usability testing. Familiarity with UserTesting.com or similar tools. 3 years of experience in usability research with actionable insights. Strong communication and storytelling skills. Bonus Skills Knowledge of design thinking, customer‑centric design, or data‑driven design. Finance background helpful but not required.
