About the Role As an Associate Interior Designer, you’ll contribute to every stage of the design process—from conceptual design through construction and FF&E installation. Members of our team have the opportunity to work across various segments including Mixed-Use, Multifamily, Senior Housing, Hospitality, Workplace and Retail.

Your tasks and responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: · Work in synergy with project team to produce design and construction drawings · Participate in research, conceptualizing, visioning, site visits, design, presentations, finish and FF&E selections · Partner with product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators to develop a knowledge of finishes and furniture · Attend meetings with clients, vendors, consultants and contractors to establish design goals and facilitate implementation · Create specifications and working with furniture dealer(s) to ensure bids meet the client’s budget and timeline · Conduct site visits to review existing conditions, coordinate with contractors and assess design quality is achieved · Guide skill development of junior designers · Contribute to culture building office activities and initiatives

What We’re Looking For: We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications: ·

Previous experience of at least 3 years working in the field ·

Must have minimum 1 year working experience in Revit and thorough working knowledge of AutoCAD, Google Sketch-up and Photoshop, InDesign also required ·

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited Interior Design program ·

NCIDQ certification is encouraged, but not required ·

Ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment, take initiative and be proactive ·

Willingness to be flexible and manage multiple responsibilities ·

Light travel and off-hour attendance of industry events

Compensation: Salary range: $62,000 - $82,000, commensurate with experience, skills, and certifications. Additionally, we offer a complete benefits package including medical/dental/vision/life/disability insurance, 401(k) savings plan, plus a generous holiday and paid time off schedule
