Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking a Field Marketing Specialist I to join our Client’s team.
Job Description As a Field Marketing Specialist you will be part of a high‑growth tech startup with a collaborative culture, reporting to the Sr. Group Manager, AMER Programs, and working closely with two Field Marketing Managers. Your role will support the execution of the Consumer Industries, Emerging Enterprise, Startup, and DNB marketing strategies.
Impact you will have
Support the execution of marketing activities across both regions, including webinars, workshops, large‑scale in‑person events, executive events, and third‑party sponsorships
Assist with building and maintaining sales enablement materials, pre‑ and post‑event, as well as our regular sales communication cadences
Streamline procurement management and budget tracking
Document program deliverables to ensure programs are scalable and repeatable
What we look for
2+ years of marketing event experience in a B2B enterprise software company
Experienced with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Mail), Microsoft Excel (able to maintain complex spreadsheets), and Mac
Exceptional customer service to essential business partners
Asana, Marketo, Salesforce, and Swoogo experience is a plus
Travel required for events (when appropriate)
Additional Comments
Looking for someone on the West Coast or someone who can work those hours
Travel would be limited to the West Coast
