As

Assistant Manager, Media , you will lead the planning and activation of media campaigns for Sephora’s

Multi-Brand Co-Op (MBC)

initiatives across the U.S. and Canada. These campaigns span paid media channels including social, programmatic display, custom content, high-impact units, video, and influencer/creator collaborations. You’ll collaborate closely with Sephora’s Category & Brand Marketing teams and external agency partners to deliver best-in-class media programs. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end media planning and activation for MBC campaigns Attend campaign kick-off meetings and coordinate with cross-functional teams Develop channel support specs and briefs for internal and external partners Manage campaign delivery milestones through Sephora’s Project Foundation process Lead creative hand-off and ensure timely execution Organize and communicate campaign launch details and timelines Maintain regular communication with media agencies and partners Support planning and execution of custom content, influencer, and high-impact media Package and deliver reporting across all media channels Manage invoice tracking and reconciliation for external vendors Qualifications: Experience: 3+ years in digital media planning and activation Education: Bachelor’s Degree required Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of programmatic display, video, and paid social best practices Experience managing budgets, tracking spend, and coordinating billing Excellent communication skills for articulating creative and media needs Ability to develop and present clear media briefs and plans Organized and detail-oriented with strong project management skills Creative instincts to drive brand KPIs Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making Collaborative team player with cross-functional experience Annual base salary range: $86,955.00 - $97,185.00.
