We collaborate with private clients, developers, and real estate professionals on a range of residential and light commercial projects — from design concept through construction documentation, construction and completion.

Position Overview We’re seeking a motivated freelance Designer / Draftsperson with 4–5 years of post‑collegiate experience in architectural practice. The ideal candidate is a self‑starter who enjoys managing diverse project types and phases, thrives in a collaborative digital workspace, and is comfortable handling both design and technical documentation tasks. Experience with SketchUp for schematic modeling (preferred).

Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to work independently.
