We are seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter/Designer to join our team. This position requires a skilled professional with extensive experience in residential design and proficiency in

Archicad

and

Graphisoft Teamwork

collaborative workflows. Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience

using

Archicad

(NOT AutoCAD) in a professional environment Minimum 5 years of experience

in North American housing design and drafting Proven expertise

with

Graphisoft Teamwork

for collaborative project management Strong understanding of North American building codes, residential construction methods, and industry standards Ability to produce accurate construction documents and technical drawings Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and collaboratively Application Requirements

Portfolio submission is mandatory

- Must demonstrate relevant residential design work and

Archicad

proficiency Candidates must be able to showcase examples of projects completed using

Archicad

and
