Base pay range $28.00/hr - $33.00/hr

About the Role The Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Manager and broader marketing team in the development and coordination of marketing materials, proposals, presentations, and communications. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within the A/E/C industry. You will assist with proposal coordination, research, content drafting, and digital communications while helping maintain marketing databases, collateral, and CRM records.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with proposal and qualification packages (RFQs/RFPs) by gathering content, formatting materials, creating graphics and preparing presentations.

Maintain and update marketing collateral such as project sheets, resumes, and brochures.

Support internal databases and CRM by organizing pursuit, project, and contact information.

Help with marketing calendars/schedules and registrations/memberships as needed.

Provide support for communications, social posts, and event coordination as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required, and a minimum of 1-3 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

1–3 years of Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or B2B professional service industry experience.

Proactive, curious, and eager to tackle new projects and contribute ideas.

Knowledge of marketing and construction business acumen.

Demonstrates strong interpersonal and team-building skills with the ability to work across department levels, maintaining a collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and take direction.

Knowledge of brand management, graphic design, and layout skills.

Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills, with strong research and technical writing abilities, including proofreading, editing, and translating information into meaningful content.

Able to leverage marketing experience and knowledge to offer innovative design and process solutions.

Knowledge of RFP/RFQ response processes.

Highly organized, able to absorb information quickly, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven, team-oriented environment.

Analytical skills to solve problems and make decisions while adhering to business policies and guidelines.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Adobe Suite.

Experience with CRM or database tools a plus.

Salary: $28-$33 per hour.
