We’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Associate to help expand our presence in the long-term care industry.
As part of a startup, you’ll play a key role in shaping our marketing strategy—building and executing campaigns that connect with Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), assisted living operators, and other post-acute providers. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably within healthcare or B2B SaaS, and can blend creative storytelling with data-driven execution.
What You’ll Do
Develop and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting SNFs, assisted living, and long-term care groups.
Create and publish content for email, social, and web that clearly communicates product value and ROI.
Manage and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Build and track performance dashboards—analyzing CTR, CPL, conversion rates, and ROI.
Collaborate with Sales and Product to refine messaging and align lead generation goals.
Maintain and update marketing automations, nurture sequences, and CRM tags.
Research industry trends and competitors to identify new campaign opportunities.
Ensure all communications maintain professionalism, accuracy, and compliance with healthcare standards.
What You’ll Bring
2+ years of marketing experience, ideally in healthcare, senior living, or B2B SaaS.
Proven ability to create effective content and ads that drive measurable results.
Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, or HubSpot.
Strong writing, editing, and analytical skills.
Understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, conversions) and data interpretation.
Organized, self‑sufficient, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to Have
Experience marketing software or services to nursing homes or healthcare administrators.
Familiarity with PDPM or long-term care reimbursement models.
Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
CRM or automation experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zapier).
Experience with trade show marketing or healthcare events.
