Agency Marketing Coordinator
Location: Memphis, Nashville, or Remote
Reports to: Director of Agency Marketing
Position Summary We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented marketer who can connect big ideas with disciplined execution. As the Agency Marketing Coordinator at Speak, you’ll own day-to-day channel performance and help shape how our brand, and our sibling brands SiteWrench and Passplay, reach and resonate with potential clients.
In partnership with the Director of Agency Marketing, you’ll turn strategies into results: leading content and channel plans, analyzing what’s working, and keeping campaigns running smoothly. On any given day you’ll manage channel rhythms (email, blogs, social, website), coordinate cross‑brand campaigns, and apply modern tools (including AI‑assisted drafting and optimization) to move faster and smarter. This role blends creative storytelling with operational excellence, ideal for a versatile, driven marketer who loves writing, design, data, and delivering measurable outcomes.
Core Responsibilities Campaign Planning & Launch
Translate strategic
goals
into actionable campaign plans, turning briefs into timelines, deliverables, and launch-ready assets with clear ownership and deadlines.
Drive campaign execution
across Speak, SiteWrench, and Passplay, ensuring messaging, visuals, and timing align for maximum impact in our key verticals (arts & cultural, schools, non-profits, and growing brands).
Own and evolve social and email content
by crafting engaging copy, making graphics, scheduling posts, and monitoring performance; continuously improving reach and engagement. Reinvent our social presentation to extend reach.
Collaborate with design and content partners
to produce creative that’s on-brand, fresh, and built to perform; manage reviews and approvals to ship on time.
Content & Community Growth
Build and maintain a content calendar
spanning blogs, newsletters, resources, emails, and promotional campaigns that highlight our thought leadership and client successes.
Turn insights into stories
by transforming project outcomes, testimonials, and data into compelling case studies and marketing proof points.
Utilize AI-assisted tools
to ideate, repurpose, and test messaging variations with strong human QA.
Support event marketing initiatives
to plan, promote, and execute conferences, webinars, and community events that strengthen brand connection; own pre/during/post promotion plans.
Measurement & Optimization
Report weekly
on key marketing metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) to keep campaigns stay on track and team aligned.
Use GA4 and other analytics platforms
to identify patterns and opportunities; recommend and run tests that improve performance.
Partner with the Director
to translate data into creative and strategic improvements that drive measurable growth.
Operations & Events
Oversee marketing operations
including coordinating vendors for print, swag, and promotional items; manage quotes, budgets, orders, and inventory within guidelines.
Own logistics
for shipments, swag, and conference materials, ensuring a polished execution from prep to follow-up.
Maintain clean systems and data
(lists, tags, UTMs, shared tools) to support efficient collaboration and reliable reporting.
Key Outcomes
Momentum:
Maintain a 4–6-week rolling campaign calendar with ≥95% on-time delivery.
Reach & Engagement:
Achieve a +20–40% lift in organic reach and engagement across priority channels within six months.
Demand Signals:
Contribute to steady growth in marketing-sourced leads, demo requests, or sales-qualified actions.
Evidence Engine:
Deliver two case studies per quarter (web + PDF) with creative to be actively used by sales teams.
Learning Velocity:
Run two or more meaningful marketing experiments per month (e.g., subject-line tests, format variants) and document learnings to guide future campaigns.
Asset Creation:
Assist with the content planning calendar and own copy/design execution on a variety of assets including blogs, tipsheets, slide decks, datasheets, and more.
Marketing Operations:
Maintain organized and updated lists, spreadsheets, and databases; oversee swag, shipping, and ordering logistics to ensure smooth execution.
Team Enablement:
Provide consistent, proactive support to the marketing and sales teams, ensuring tools, assets, and data are clean, accessible, and ready to use.
Qualifications & Competencies
2+ years of experience in
B2B, agency marketing , or marketing in one of our key industries (arts, education, non-profit).
Strong writing and storytelling ability
with attention to brand voice and clarity.
Graphic design skills are a major plus
(Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Familiarity with
AI-assisted marketing
and best practices for content generation or workflow automation.
Working knowledge of
GA4
and ability to interpret website and campaign analytics.
Strong project management skills ; comfort juggling multiple initiatives.
Excellent verbal communication and detail orientation.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
