In this role, you will lead the design and development of innovative mobile products that enhance the lives of millions of users. You will own end-to-end product design cycles, translating user insights into intuitive, delightful experiences. Collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams, you will define problems, prototype solutions, and ensure designs meet both user needs and business goals. The role emphasizes creativity, user‑centered thinking, and measurable impact, while offering the chance to influence the product strategy at a high level. You will mentor others, stay informed on emerging design trends, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation within the design team. Accountabilities

Lead end‑to‑end design for new products and experiences, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.

Translate user behaviors, motivations, and pain points into creative, impactful design solutions.

Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and researchers to define problems, prototype solutions, and deliver high‑quality experiences.

Leverage data and user feedback to validate concepts and measure product impact.

Maintain a high standard of design craft through tools such as Figma or Sketch and user‑centered design processes.

Drive innovation by exploring emerging design trends and technologies, sharing learnings to elevate team expertise.

7+ years of experience in product design, with a strong focus on mobile applications.

Proven track record of creating new products or experiences in emerging or undefined spaces.

Deep understanding of user‑centered design principles, usability, and accessibility.

Demonstrated ability to use data and user insights to inform and refine design decisions.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross‑functional teams.

Strategic mindset, connecting design solutions to business goals and metrics.

Curiosity about emerging design trends, technologies, and best‑in‑class experiences.
