Managing Partner @ Mosaic Design & Build | Leading Residential Projects This key hybrid role blends creative design with results-driven sales. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them from the initial consultation to a signed contract.

You will use your strong "architectural eye" and residential design skills to create compelling concepts for home and garage additions, using Chief Architect to bring ideas to life in 3D. Simultaneously, you will manage the sales process, build strong client relationships, and use our CRM to meticulously track your pipeline and communications.

This position is perfect for someone who loves residential design but is also motivated by the challenge of closing a sale and seeing a project come to life.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management (70%)

Respond to and qualify all new client inquiries.

Conduct in-home design consultations to understand client needs, scope, and budget.

Develop and present detailed project proposals, estimates, and contracts with confidence.

Actively manage your sales pipeline and client communications using our CRM system.

Meet and exceed defined sales targets for addition projects.

Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients throughout the design and sales process.

Design (30%)

Create preliminary design concepts, floor plans, and 3D visualizations using Chief Architect.

Translate client feedback and functional needs into innovative and practical designs for home additions.

Collaborate with our estimating and production teams to ensure designs are feasible, code-compliant, and within budget.

Prepare compelling design presentations to help clients visualize their new space.

Qualifications & Skills Required (Must-Haves):

Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in remodeling, construction, or a related high-value industry.

Proficiency in Chief Architect software for residential design and 3D modeling.

Experience with a CRM (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, BuilderTrend) for lead and pipeline management.

A strong design sensibility and "architectural eye" for residential spaces.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.

A self‑motivated, organized, and results‑oriented mindset.

Preferred (Nice‑to‑Haves):

A degree or diploma in Architectural Design, Interior Design, or a related field. (Note: A formal architecture license is not required).

Knowledge of residential construction methods and local building codes.

Experience with project estimating.
