We’re looking for someone who enjoys both the creative and operational side of the business—someone who can capture content, support sales operations, coordinate with vendors, and keep our processes running smoothly.
About the Role
This is a hands‑on, in‑person role designed for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys a mix of creative content work and operations support.
You’ll capture on‑site video content, coordinate vendor trainings and meetings, oversee CRM usage and lead flow, and support day‑to‑day operational functions across the organization.
If you enjoy being in the showroom, interacting with vendors, filming real‑time content, and staying on top of details, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do
Content Creation & Social Media Support
Capture short‑form video content (reels, TikToks, product highlights, customer stories).
Film vendor walkthroughs, showroom tours, installs, and behind‑the‑scenes moments.
Assist with content planning aligned with flooring and interior design trends.
Organize and upload all footage to shared drives for editing and distribution.
Schedule and coordinate vendor presentations, product demos, and showroom visits.
Maintain strong communication with manufacturer reps and distributors.
Ensure teams receive updated product information, samples, and promotions.
Manage vendor calendars, confirmations, logistics, and follow‑ups.
Operations & Administrative Support
Support day‑to‑day operational needs across showrooms and office functions.
Assist with internal communication, meeting setup, and scheduling.
Help plan team events, employee engagement activities, and internal initiatives.
Maintain SOPs, process guides, shared folders, and internal resources.
Monitor CRM activity for accuracy, lead assignments, and timely follow‑ups.
Track and organize incoming leads to ensure they’re routed correctly.
Support the team in maintaining clean, consistent CRM data.
Run weekly/monthly CRM reports to support leadership visibility.
What You Bring
3-5+ years
in marketing support, coordination, operations, or administrative roles
Experience filming or capturing social media content (professional camera not required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Clear and confident communication across departments
Experience with CRM systems preferred (RFMS, Podium, Nutshell, etc.)
Comfortable filming in showrooms, homes, and vendor settings
Proactive, detail‑oriented, and eager to jump in where needed
Bonus:
Experience in home services, flooring, interior design, retail, or construction
