We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee social content planning, posting, engagement, and reporting for multiple clients (and internal initiatives). This person will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day social activities, driving engagement, curating UGC, and collaborating with the creative team to produce high‑quality content. Key Responsibilities
Content Planning & Scheduling: Develop, organize, and manage social media calendars for multiple clients and internally. Create and schedule content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, and YouTube. Manage post approvals, copywriting, and visual coordination with the creative team.
Content Creation: Plan and execute small‑scale content shoots (product, recipes, lifestyle, etc.) using lighting setups and props. Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure on‑brand visuals and messaging.
Community Management & Engagement: Conduct daily moderation and engagement across brand channels. Interact with followers, respond to comments, and proactively engage with relevant brands and creators. Identify UGC opportunities and request permission to repost within brand guidelines.
Social Boosting & Audience Targeting: Set up and manage boosted posts and paid campaigns, including audience targeting and geo‑segmentation. Monitor performance and optimize for engagement, reach, and conversions.
UGC & Influencer Management: Oversee UGC platforms (like Cohley): build briefs, manage submissions, provide feedback, and approve final content. Coordinate influencer partnerships, deliverables, and timelines.
Reporting & Insights: Track monthly analytics, identify key insights, and present performance reports to clients. Recommend optimizations and trend opportunities based on learnings. Stay ahead of emerging social trends, tools, and formats. Bring proactive ideas for content, campaigns, and audience engagement.
Required Skills
5-7 years of experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred).
Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Pinterest, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Proven ability to plan and manage content calendars across multiple clients.
Experience boosting posts and setting up geo‑targeted audiences.
Strong copywriting and visual storytelling skills.
Excellent communication and organization skills; self‑motivated in a remote environment.
Ability to analyze social performance data and translate it into actionable insights.
