Collaborate with creative and production teams to plan and execute content shoots that align with brand storytelling and trends. • Build and manage a library of evergreen and UGC content to maintain a consistent posting cadence. • Execute real-time content around events, launches, and influencer moments with agility and precision. • Engage and grow brand communities through active interaction and authentic conversation. • Identify and manage influencer and creator collaborations that drive reach and engagement. • Lead UGC and community campaigns, contests, and social activations to increase participation and awareness. • Track and report on social performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and best practices to inform ongoing strategy and creative direction. Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a high-level social media role. • 4-6 years of experience in social media management or content creation (agency or multi-brand experience preferred). • Strong creative eye and understanding of visual storytelling, with hands-on experience in photography, video editing, and social-first design tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva). • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone across multiple brands. • In-depth understanding of platform nuances (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple brands, calendars, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to work flexible hours for live events, launches, or content capture. • Collaborative team player who thrives in creative, dynamic environments.
