Aura Lounge and Music City Spotlight are building a culture-moving ecosystem at the intersection of hospitality, media, live music, and Nashville’s creative scene. We’re looking for a Social Media Brand Manager who is not just posting content—but building worlds, shaping narratives, and turning our brands into must-follow, must-experience destinations.
This role blends brand development, storytelling, creative direction, community building, and digital strategy. You’ll work directly with the CEO to amplify two flagship brands:
AURA LOUNGE
Nashville’s experience-driven venue—luxury, nightlife energy, weddings, and full-scale live productions.
MUSIC CITY SPOTLIGHT
A culture-forward media brand showcasing Nashville’s creators, dreamers, and local stories.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN Brand & Creative Direction
Shape and evolve the visual identity + brand voice for both Aura and Music City Spotlight
Pitch concepts for new series, viral challenges, street-cam content, interviews, etc.
Translate brand missions into content themes, storylines, and community moments
Oversee aesthetic cohesion across all platforms (IG, TikTok, YouTube, Reels, Shorts)
Build30-, 60-, and 90-day content calendarsaligned with brand goals
Research viral formats → adapt them into our branded style
Optimize content for reach, retention, and shareability
Analyze performance, track metrics, and scale what works
Content Production
Be on-site capturing moments at Aura and around Nashville
Film social-first content (Reels, TikTok, BTS, micro-interviews, brand story videos)
Edit short-form videos quickly and creatively
Write copy, hooks, captions, headlines
Community Engagement & Brand Building
Grow local + national awareness through collaborations, influencer outreach, and UGC
Engage daily with comments, DMs, tags, reposts
Transform fans and followers into a real community
Work with CEO and team on brand partnerships and campaign ideas
Campaigns & Launches
Assist with content for launches at Aura (events, parties, weddings, sponsorships)
Build hype cycles around new shows, series, and local creator collaborations
Craft digital rollouts with strategic sequencing and teasers
Cross-Brand Synergy
Work with internal teams to connect Aura, Music City Spotlight, Inner Media, and future ecosystem brands
Repurpose content across multiple channels in smart ways
Build flywheel systems where one piece of content fuels the whole ecosystem
WHAT YOU BRING
Deep love for storytelling, design, music, culture, and creative marketing
Strong proficiency in Reels/TikTok creation, editing, filming, and concepting
Experience building a brand or managing social content for creators, venues, musicians, or lifestyle brands
Ability to work fast and embrace experimentation
Strong intuition for what’s viral, what’s emotional, and what’s culturally relevant
A collaborative spirit + the confidence to pitch bold ideas
Copywriting skills and a strong creative voice
Availability to be on-site weekly at Aura, events, shoots, etc.
Thinks like acreative directorbut can execute like acontent machine
Loves the energy of nightlife, start up culture, and the Nashville creative scene
Wants to help shape the identity of an emerging entertainment district
Enjoys taking ownership and wearing multiple creative hats
Wants to work closely with a successful executive team and contribute to something big and new.
COMPENSATION
