Job Summary The Designer will create
high-impact motion graphics
and visual content for broadcast, digital, and social promotional media supporting major sports and entertainment properties. This role requires a strong design sensibility, a passion for
visual storytelling , and the ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling, audience-driven visuals across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop seasonal campaigns and cohesive graphic packages for a range of sports properties.
Maintain visual consistency and uphold design standards across all touchpoints in alignment with Strategy and Creative Leadership.
Collaborate with designers, producers, and creative directors to concept and deliver innovative visual storytelling across broadcast, video, and social media.
Produce standout visuals for promotional content supporting events such as the Olympics, Golf, NASCAR, Premier League, WNBA, College Basketball, and more.
Required Experience
5+ years of professional experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
Bachelor’s degree (BA/BFA) in Graphic Design, Advertising Design, or related discipline.
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially
After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop .
Working knowledge of Cinema The Client (Arnold, Redshift, X-Particles, Turbulence FD a plus).
Strong capabilities in typography, color theory, motion, and timing.
Proven ability to manage projects from concept through execution across various media.
Strong attention to detail and visual storytelling.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
Collaborative mindset and strong team orientation.
Nice-to-Have Experience
Experience supporting broadcast, sports, or major media content.
Experience developing cross-platform visual campaigns.
