Pay range This range is provided by Frontier Senior Living. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.
Base pay range $19.50/hr – $21.50/hr
Frontier Senior Living is seeking an outstanding Marketing Assistant to join Catalina Springs Memory Care community located in Oro Valley, Arizona. Demonstrated success as a leader in similar settings is required.
Bonus Program Position qualifies for a Performance Based Bonus Program.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Conduct initial and/or follow‑up contact with prospective residents and family members via phone, walk‑ins, mail or web‑based inquiries.
Assemble all appropriate collateral material for mass mailings, individual correspondence, information packets, floor plans, etc.
Follow up on requests for information from current prospects and disseminate information approved by the Executive Director.
Maintain database, nurture relationships with new and existing prospects to generate referrals and sell the services provided by Memory Care senior living.
Implement marketing strategies as instructed by the Executive Director.
Assist with the implementation of the marketing plan, including participation in all phases of the marketing process, special events, promotional strategies, community relationships, presentations, etc.
Participate in all marketing activities needed to achieve goals set by the Executive Director.
Handle mailing of letters, forms and collateral materials in response to the needs of prospective residents and their families.
Maintain database of contacts and referral sources in sales software; complete required forms and follow all procedures to keep the database current.
Answer phone inquiries; respond in writing and by e‑mail as necessary.
Attend and participate in appropriate in‑service and department meetings.
Generate correspondence with prospects and their families as required to maintain and nurture relationships.
Perform clerical duties and assignments deemed appropriate by the Executive Director, including assisting with completion of required resident documents prior to move‑in.
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred.
Two years of senior living experience preferred.
Excellent leadership and communication skills; creative, fun‑loving and caring disposition towards the elderly.
Current driver’s license.
Typing and marketing skills; neat, professional, courteous manner and appearance.
Ability to pass drug screen and criminal background check.
Willingness to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision; problem solving, conflict management, budgeting.
