We are currently hiring a social media manager. This is a full-time hybrid role, based in Dallas-Fort Worth. The ideal candidate is someone with 2-3 years of social media management experience. As social media manager, you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating and publishing content, managing social media accounts, maintaining consistent oversight of community management across all social channels, and optimizing performance through analytics. The role involves collaborating with the creative and marketing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms. Building engagement and fostering relationships with online communities will also be a key focus.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience with Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) techniques to enhance brand visibility
  • Strong writing skills to create impactful and engaging content
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy for diverse audiences
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, performance analytics tools, and emerging trends
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to work in a collaborative, dynamic environment
  • Experience in marketing or advertising within the digital space is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
