Perform work according to standard procedure and the building’s operational schedule. Maintain the exterior of the facility clean and orderly. Sweep walkways, empty trash cans, and remove debris. Execute seasonal tasks such as snow removal, ice melt application, and additional incidental duties as needed. Clean all interior spaces: rooms, hallways, restrooms, locker rooms, offices, stairwells, and windows. Manage wastebaskets, recycle, and restock restroom and breakroom supplies. Coordinate the removal of pallets and cardboard and ensure receptacles remain orderly. Perform touch‑up and finish painting when required. Deliver supplies and materials for building maintenance. Make minor carpentry, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing repairs. Set up and tear down chairs, tables, and equipment for meetings and events. Maintain daily cleanliness check sheets. Use hand tools and power tools for minor repair work. Operate forklifts as needed. Follow company safety policies and maintain a safe, organized work environment. Own new or different requests, ensuring timely completion. Maintain punctual attendance on scheduled workdays. Perform other general duties as assigned. Qualifications
Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; demonstrable landscaping experience. Other
Valid driver’s license and insurance eligibility required. Skills
Organized, capable of handling multiple tasks, professional and safety‑minded, with strong verbal and written communication, listening, and prioritization skills. Able to work independently or as part of a team. Job Conditions
Physical demands include walking, reaching, bending, climbing, lifting, pushing, twisting, repetitive hand motion, squatting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods. Environment: primarily outdoors with some indoor work; high noise level. Personal protective equipment such as ear and eye protection will be provided. Hours: variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends. Benefits
