They prepare condiments, verify temperatures, and alert servers when orders are ready. Responsibilities include maintaining efficiency in the restaurant by delivering dishes, assisting waitstaff, and managing the flow of items between the kitchen, tables, and dishwashers. Qualifications & Skills Ability to stay organized and communicate effectively with team members. Coordinate multiple tasks and speak loudly to coordinate with coworkers. Working Conditions Work indoors and outdoors, exposed to hot/cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors. Fast-paced environment with varying noise levels, crowds, and smoke.
