Base pay range $153,600.00/yr - $241,340.00/yr
Responsibilities
Join the launch team as Associate Director, HCP Marketing, leading strategic direction of the newest addition to the IG portfolio for a best-in-class launch in PI.
Develop and execute tactics including personal and non-personal promotion, search, professional engagements, and congress presence.
Leverage data and insights to inform decisions and ensure strategies are rooted in HCP needs and behaviors.
Report to the Director, USBU PDT Launch Lead.
How you will contribute
Partner with the Launch Lead in developing positioning, core creative platform, and campaign concepts.
Lead implementation of all HCP pull‑through marketing, coordinating internal stakeholders and external agencies.
Collaborate with SCIG brand team for brand differentiation.
Work with Insights & Analytics to sharpen portfolio strategy, validate opportunities, optimize channel mix, and educate HCPs.
Own engagement plans and tactics for HCP and Access marketing resources, HCP fee‑for‑service plan, P2P strategy, congress plans, and regional resources.
Recognize industry trends, identify growth opportunities, and build organizational capability.
Manage agencies from brief ideation to delivery, ensuring accountability to Takeda policies, standards, timelines, and budgets.
Oversee multiple priorities and ensure alignment across stakeholders including PRT, medical affairs, compliance, and IT.
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
8+ years of experience with increasing responsibilities in sales, marketing or related functions.
4+ years of dedicated experience engaging with HCPs.
Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities.
Ability to set priorities and manage external partners.
Deep understanding of brand/franchise strategy and how to engage HCPs, including business, finance and risk/benefits considerations.
Experience in marketing strategy and tactic design, communicating ideas internally and externally.
Broad HCP Marketing knowledge from non-personal to field sales.
Data and analytics skills to drive insight‑based decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA
Pharmaceutical industry experience
Product launch experience
PDT, particularly Primary Immunodeficiency experience
Engagement plan development for thought leaders / key opinion leaders, comfortable liaising with customers.
Travel
Approximately 25-40% travel, including Cambridge, MA office.
Travel to internal/external meetings and conferences, overnight stays one to several nights.
Some weekend travel may be required.
