Patient Authorization and Referral Representative
Providence Infusion‑Pharmacy Services in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking a Patient Authorization and Referral Representative to support front‑end reimbursement duties and provide phone/clerical assistance for the home infusion clinical team. The role involves entering patient referral, physician, and outcomes information into our database and tracking CIIs and patient satisfaction survey results.

Provide front‑end reimbursement support and phone/clerical assistance to the home infusion clinical team.
Enter patient referral data, physician information, and outcomes into the database.
Track CIIs and patient satisfaction survey results.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical office setting.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with reimbursement and insurance benefit verification.
Benefits and Pay Range Hourly pay range:
$17.97 – $26.92
(varies by shift). Comprehensive benefits include health, dental, vision, retirement 401(k) with employer matching, paid parental leave, vacations, holidays, and more.
