Gravity Haus is in search of an efficient and detail-oriented Expeditor to play a vital role in our restaurant's success. As an Expeditor, you'll be responsible for ensuring that orders are prepared correctly, promptly delivered to the table, and that each guest's experience is smooth and enjoyable.

What You’ll Do
Uphold the restaurant's commitment to high-quality dining experiences by ensuring that all dishes leaving the kitchen meet and exceed quality standards.
Collaborate with kitchen staff and front‑of‑house team members to coordinate the timing of food orders.
Take charge of the final presentation of each dish, guaranteeing that plates are garnished correctly and free from imperfections.
Serve as a vital communication hub between the kitchen and servers, effectively relaying special orders and dietary restrictions.
Double‑check each order for completeness before leaving the kitchen.
Verify that each order matches the server's ticket and is ready for delivery to the dining room.
Be an Ambassador for Gravity Haus, sharing our mission and vision to build our globally conscious community for the modern adventurers.
