Deliver outstanding customer service in Polish for inquiries related to social media platforms. Assist users with account setup, recovery, and management. Provide guidance on platform features, policies, and best practices. Resolve user complaints and issues promptly and professionally. Monitor and engage with the online community to ensure a positive user experience. Document customer interactions and feedback accurately. Collaborate with internal teams to improve service offerings based on user insights. Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably within the social media or tech industry. Strong communication skills with a focus on providing excellent customer care. Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices. Ability to multitask and manage several inquiries effectively. Experience with customer support software or ticketing systems is a plus. Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
