Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is seeking a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Agent for our Social Media Industry - Content Moderation team. In this impactful role, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and quality of user-generated content on social media platforms. Your primary duties will include reviewing, moderating, and responding to user content in Spanish, addressing any policy violations, and helping to create a safe and enjoyable online environment for users. Responsibilities
Review and moderate user-generated content in Spanish according to company policies and guidelines. Respond to user inquiries and reports related to content moderation and community standards. Identify and escalate potential risks and violations to the relevant teams. Collaborate with team members to improve moderation processes and user experience. Maintain thorough documentation of moderation activities and user interactions. Stay updated on social media trends, platform guidelines, and industry best practices. Provide constructive feedback and support to users for content improvement. Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service or content moderation is preferred. Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills. Excellent communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution. Keen attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure. Familiarity with social media platforms and community guidelines is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
