In this vibrant role, you will assist our Swedish-speaking customers in navigating their online shopping experiences, addressing inquiries related to products, order statuses, returns, and fashion advice. Your focus will be on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers. Provide exceptional customer service in Swedish for inquiries related to fashion and apparel products. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns. Offer advice and information about product availability, sizes, and styling options. Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring a positive customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately for comprehensive records. Collaborate with the fashion team to stay updated on new arrivals and promotions. Gather customer feedback to contribute to ongoing service improvements. Qualifications
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. Experience in customer service, preferably in the fashion or retail sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach. Ability to multitask and manage various inquiries effectively. Familiarity with customer service software or retail systems is advantageous. Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required. Benefits
