Mercier Consultancy is looking for a talented Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fashion & Apparel Department for one of our clients. In this engaging role, you will provide outstanding support to our Portuguese-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our fashion products and services.
Your fluency in Portuguese will be critical as you help clients navigate our online platforms, address product questions, and resolve any issues they may have with their orders. Your role will be pivotal in creating a positive shopping experience and ensuring customer satisfaction in the ever-evolving fashion industry. This is an Entry Level job and it is a must to speak fluent English.
Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese through phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel inquiries Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and exchanges Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly in a professional manner Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system Collaborate with other teams to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction Gather customer feedback to continuously improve our services and product offerings Stay informed on the latest trends in fashion to provide informed recommendations to customers Fluent in both Portuguese and English, with excellent communication skills Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in customer service, especially in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred Ability to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for fashion and assisting customers in finding the right products Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus Free Greek Course And More...
