Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dynamic German Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Fashion & Apparel Department. In this exciting role, you will provide outstanding support to our German-speaking customers, helping them navigate our fashion and apparel offerings with ease.
As a key member of our team, your fluency in German will be essential in assisting clients with product inquiries, order processing, and resolving any issues they may face. Your passion for fashion and customer service will contribute significantly to enhancing the shopping experience for our clientele.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat regarding fashion and apparel products Assist clients with order placements, tracking, and returns Provide accurate information about products, sizing, availability, and promotions Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely order fulfillment Gather customer feedback to help improve our fashion offerings Stay updated on current fashion trends to provide informed assistance and recommendations Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills Strong customer service skills and a passion for fashion Experience in customer service, particularly in the fashion or retail industry, is preferred Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities Enthusiastic about helping customers find the perfect fashion pieces Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus Fully Paid Relocation Package ( Flight, Transfer and Hotel ) Health Insurance Private Health Insurance 2 Extra Salaries Per Year Support In Finding Accommodation After Hotel Fully Paid Training Monthly Performance Bonus And More...
