As our Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our daily operations and marketing efforts. Initially offered on a part-time basis, this role is designed for someone with a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for digital marketing. You will manage client communications, coordinate transactions, and produce engaging content for our social media channels. Additionally, you will be required to attend client appointments around town, so reliable transportation is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Service & Administration:
Provide administrative support including scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining organized client files. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Transaction Coordination:
Manage the real estate transaction process, ensuring all documentation and compliance tasks are handled efficiently. Coordinate with clients, lenders, inspectors, and other parties to keep transactions on track.
Marketing & Content Creation:
Develop, schedule, and manage content across various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Leverage AI tools and digital platforms to streamline marketing efforts. Edit and produce high-quality videos and marketing materials that reflect our innovative brand. Collaborate on creative campaigns to engage and grow our audience.
Field Work:
Attend client appointments, Open Houses, Photo Shoots, Marketing Events, and property viewings across town. Install Signs & Lockboxes.
General Support:
Conduct market research and trend analysis to refine our marketing strategies. Work with Vendors for services. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Organizational Skills:
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical & Digital Proficiency:
Proven experience with social media platforms and digital marketing. Basic to intermediate video editing skills (experience with software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar is a plus). Familiarity with AI tools and their application in streamlining tasks is highly desirable.
Communication & Creativity:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content for a diverse audience.
Experience:
Prior experience in real estate, transaction coordination, or a related field is a plus but not required. A portfolio showcasing social media campaigns, video projects, or digital marketing initiatives is highly encouraged.
Additional Requirements:
This role requires reliable transportation for attending client appointments. Must own a smartphone and a laptop, as these devices will be essential for the job. (These are not provided by the company.)
