What to Expect
Lead the analytical component of the annual marketing planning process, including investment sizing and ROI-based recommendations
Develop and maintain monthly marketing performance forecasts linked to sales and campaign results
Partner with Finance to align marketing plans with corporate financial targets
Own the test-and-learn roadmap, designing experiments to optimize marketing strategies
Create executive-ready reports that communicate marketing performance insights to leadership
What is Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in marketing analytics or data-driven marketing roles
Proven experience with forecasting models and media mix modeling
Strong background in data visualization tools and marketing data platforms
Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in retail analytics and media measurement
Familiarity with CRM systems and loyalty platforms
Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data for non-technical audiences
Strong curiosity for consumer behavior and retail trends
Previous experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
