What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Own measurement of the Zocdoc.com Provider website, focusing on user journeys and improving engagement and conversion rates
Analyze performance of B2B marketing campaigns and design attribution models to inform marketing strategies
Build multi-touch attribution models and establish frameworks for marketing mix modeling and incrementality testing
Partner with Marketing to design rigorous experiments and ensure robust causal inference
Create executive-ready presentations with actionable recommendations regarding marketing spend and resource allocation
What is Required (Qualifications)
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, measurement, or effectiveness roles
Strong communication skills to simplify complex findings for diverse audiences
Expertise in statistical modeling using Python or R, and proficiency in SQL
Experience in cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
Attention to detail to ensure modeling accuracy and data integrity
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with B2B marketing analytics, including Account-Based Marketing campaign analysis
Familiarity with data visualization tools, specifically Looker
Proven ability to evaluate multiple solutions and connect disparate data points into cohesive recommendations
