Key responsibilities include: Develop and execute marketing strategies with system engineers to drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for Wearables solutions. Present application and system reviews to executives, providing insights on market trends, customer needs, and business opportunities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (product marketing, R&D, sales) to develop and launch new Wearables system solutions. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Wearables market. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry influencers to drive business growth and thought leadership. Develop and deliver marketing content, including solution launches, product collaterals, trade show appearances, and social media campaigns. Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies. Track industry trends and developments, including emerging technologies and competitor activity. Travel domestically and internationally to global sites and key customers in North America, Europe, and Asia. Qualifications
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: 10+ years of experience in microcontroller/wireless SoC products or application marketing with strong engineering interactions. Deep understanding of the IoT, Edge AI, and wireless connectivity industries. Proven experience in marketing, focusing on developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive business growth. Excellent collaboration and communication skills with the ability to work with cross‑functional teams. Strong track record of driving awareness, adoption, and revenue growth for IoT, Edge AI, and wireless connectivity solutions. Creative thinking and innovative marketing solutions to complex problems, driving business success through a system approach. Strategic thinking with deep market understanding and the ability to execute plans that drive business growth. Strong communication skills to effectively communicate the value proposition of IoT, Edge AI, and wireless connectivity solutions. Experience or knowledge in Wearables, Low‑Power products and applications is a strong plus. Familiarity with wireless protocols and standards such as Bluetooth, Wi‑Fi, ANT+ is considered an advantage. Master’s/Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent), MBA preferred. Please send us your CV in English. Salary
San Jose, CA – Minimum $201,100 salary per year, Maximum $276,500 salary per year. Austin, TX – Minimum $182,300 salary per year, Maximum $250,700 salary per year. All employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan. This position is not currently eligible for new H‑1B sponsorship. EEO Statement
