Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations Leadership:
Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring processes, tools, and systems maximize productivity.
Team Management & Motivation:
Coach, mentor, and inspire appointment setters and closers to consistently achieve results.
Sales Process Optimization:
Design and refine workflows to streamline lead management, opportunity tracking, and conversions.
Training & Development:
Conduct weekly sales meetings, roleplay sessions, and ongoing coaching to sharpen skills and drive performance.
Relationship Building:
Foster strong connections with prospects and clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention beyond the initial sale.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor KPIs, track performance, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to align goals and messaging.
Extreme Accountability:
Set clear expectations, hold the team accountable, and maintain high standards of execution.
Qualifications
Proven track record managing and motivating sales teams in digital marketing or related industries.
Strong knowledge of

Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
